what I have experienced:
if german driver rides in germany he drives good but herein is his ride as a 
pig ride - many times I was near of crash due to basic mistakes, caused by 
those drivers :(
I my conclusion is: I wouldn't kill myself, so I'll ride as safe as I can, 
but everytime will be here someone who may do 'mistake' and kill you.
Like german drivers here.
