Win 95 OSR2 and Windows 98 introduced two new partition types for the FAT32 
file system:

  Partition Type    Capacity ranges from    FAT type
  --------------    --------------------    --------
        0B          512 MB - 2 terabytes     32-bit
        0C          512 MB - 2 terabytes     32-bit

Type 0Ch requires the computer's BIOS to support the LBA method of accessing 
large hard drive's using INT13 Extensions.
