Moze byt problem v tom, ze tie dve okna maju rozne HInstance ? To druhe okno 
sa vytvara v DLL..
Co sa vlastne stane, ked pouzijem SetParent ? Dozvie sa o tom aplikacia ? 
Zmeni Windows WndProc toho child okna ?
Preco mi Parent kradne len kurzorove sipky, Enter a ESC ?
